Smoky Umeshu Sour
Ingredients
- 2 oz Mezcal
- 1 oz Umeshu (Choya)
- 3/4 oz Lemon juice
- 3/4 oz Simple syrup
- 1/2 oz Egg whites
- 3 drops Angostura bitters (garnish)
Instructions
- Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker
- Add ice
- Shake for about 12-20 seconds
- Strain into a glass
- Garnish with Angostura bitters lines (optional)
