Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Mezcal
  • 1 oz Umeshu (Choya)
  • 3/4 oz Lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz Simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz Egg whites
  • 3 drops Angostura bitters (garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker
  • Add ice
  • Shake for about 12-20 seconds
  • Strain into a glass
  • Garnish with Angostura bitters lines (optional)
