Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 oz Cinnamon bark
  • 1 cup Turbinado (brown) sugar
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Add cinnamon bark, sugar and water to a saucepan and put it on medium heat
  • Stir until sugar is dissolved
  • Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool
  • Pour the syrup into a glass or plastic container and place it in the fridge
